Running a ministry or business is like raising a baby or child. They both require your sharp focus on the needs and requirements to obtain growth. Ministry is part of the body of Christ, and business is the earning system that the Lord has provided you. Like any living body, you need all organs to perform in such a way that all parts function at their best. If there is any disunity or problems in parts, the system of the body can not perform at the best possible level. Now the question is how come this disunity or problems arrives? In my opinion, this comes when we have a lack of focus. In other words, when our focus or attention is divided into many things we see problems in life or business.
Lord Jesus said in scriptures that the enemy will only come when everyone in the field or house is sleeping.
“Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, the kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way. But when the blade was sprung up and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up? But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.” Matthew 13 24-30
That is why we must be vigilant and keep praying all the time so we never get into temptation. Many small business owners never dig down to the real cause of failure in business or in life. Everyone needs healing. Divine healing is a supernatural process of all believers and whoever is baptized and strives for being born again will set himself or herself to the journey of eternal healing and salvation. The Bible says healing comes with faith and faith comes with hearing the Gospel, the true Gospel. Many false gospels are being preached these days. Many Christians are confused and do not know what to do. They should search for truth, which has the power to release them from the bondage of sin and deception.
Jesus said that when you will know the truth, the truth will free you “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” John 8:32

When it comes to business, companies also need healing, the Bible says. “Psalm 75:6-7 – For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. It is God who judges: He brings one down, He exalts another. It is God alone who judges; he decides who will rise and who will fall. God promotes and He is the one who demotes.”
Sometimes in business, all we need is faith and the power of prayer. Nothing else. When you have done your part and still did not see progress in the business. You need a divine push or breakthrough because God loves His people. Whenever we call upon His name in all situations, He responds to our prayers and knows our hearts and accepts our repentance. Christian small business owners should be aware of what the Bible says about doing business on Biblical patterns and what possible cause blockage in your prosperity or growth. The Bible also says that if we self examine we will never be judged by God. But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. 1 Corinthians 11:28
