Consider five ways Christian leaders can balance work and life.
Divine Joy
Christian leaders are full of divine joy. This joy does not come with material things. Nor does it come from the money you have in your bank account. This joy comes from the Word of God. and surrendering yourself to Jesus. Becoming born again, Christians can not achieve divine joy. Divine joy is an attribute of the Holy Spirit, which will help us make a work-life balance.
Divine Knowledge
Paul said, “We must be filled with the divine knowledge.” Divine knowledge is not the knowledge of this world or human-made stories or myths. Divine knowledge comes when you understand the divine program of the Heavenly Father, which He shared with us in the shape of His one and only Son. Also, the Bible says, “Only the Spirit of the Lord knows the deep aspects of God.” The Lord has given us the Holy Spirit so we can fight back.
Divine Wisdom
Lots of people, even believers, confuse wisdom with knowledge. They think knowledge and wisdom are the same things. Knowledge is a form of information, but wisdom is how you use your knowledge. Divine wisdom is the fear of the Lord. Whoever claims of having divine wisdom must have a fear of the Lord in his or her life. Divine wisdom is what most of the world lacks when people are trying for a work-life balance. If they do not understand the Word of God, how can they understand the balance of working or living in the universe that God created? Without Divine wisdom, Christian Leaders can not balance life and work.
Divine Love
God is Love. If I sell my all assets and give to the poor and do not show love for other believers or Christians, then I am not aware of Divine love, which makes us strong and able to bear the loss and show happiness even if we are going through hard times. Divine love will make us able to work more than humans can work and still be able to get energy for the family. Divine love has power beyond human capacity and ability. Divine love shows us why God created us, the Earth and Heaven.
Divine Healing
Healing is so important for the human body. We all need healing at some point in our lives. We can not deny Divine healing if we want to lead in all areas of our lives. Divine healing comes from the Word of God. If you are overloaded with everything on a daily basis, you could look to Divine healing. As Christian leaders, you have ministry work, a job, and family assignments. We might face weakness in one or two parts of our lives, but to get the balance in all aspects of our lives, we need Divine healing. Divine healing is what the blood of Jesus gives us. Because of Divine healing, we get the Holy Spirit as a gift when we believe in Jesus and get baptized.
